I worked with Charlie Steeves of Mercury Auto Transport and he did a great job. He jumped right in and got me set up with a carrier. He was always a phone call away and very prompt in getting back. The only negative was with Pacific Groupage Services which was the transporter. I'm not sure if the driver is aware of the potential delivery date. The date I was given was Saturday. I had to make the calls on Saturday and Sunday. All they had to be was upfront. Once the carrier was a day away their driver Ang called giving me a heads up and plenty of time. I received the car at 10:30 AM this morning. I will gladly recommend Charlie Steeves and Mercury Auto Transport any time. Sincerely, Jim Donovan
