The driver of the truck was not friendly and was argumentative. Since my car was not operable (which they knew about and I paid extra for) they chose to use another client's car to tow my car onto the top level of the truck. This was a very sketchy process that involved knocking down ramps and spinning tires all of the way up. I was told by the dispatching company that I was paying extra money for a winch on the truck, but that sure was not the case. I was holding my breath until pickup. When it came to delivery I had to convince them to drive the 15 minutes to my house instead of just dropping it at a location near the highway. I was just happy to see my car in good shape on the other end. It certainly was not a comfortable process.
