Overall good deal

First let me say that I recommend these guys despite a couple problems. The two problems were: 1) They found a driver very quickly, but the driver fell through and it took a week or so to find a replacement. 2) They charged an extra $10 fee not counted in the quote (though mentioned in the details) and also the driver they found wanted an extra $50. The reason I recommend these guys despite the problems is because 1) customer service was good, 2) the final cost was still cheaper than the other quotes I looked at (excluding a couple with bad reviews/feedback), 3) the time it took to get the car was still satisfactory and I suspect the problem with the first truck was beyond their control.
