We gave them a last date for pickup for which they said they would provide pickup. They called the day before and said it would be another week, and they could find no other transport for us. They charged our credit card twice for the deposit. We were able to find another company who picked up our car and delivered it promptly. Five Star lied, and then denied lying. They charged our credit card without permission. They did not provide service.
