| Originally contracted with Vivian of All Ameerican Transport (Fl), after a rather extensive search of transport providers for reliability and fair price.
She was clear about expectations, reliability, and made contact as promised as the day of departure approached.
The vehicle was actually transported by Alborz Transport of Ca. As expected, notification of likely pickup date and time were provided (24 hr. notice), followed by call from driver a few hrs. ahead to schedule an actual pickup time and place (our street cannot handle such a truck).
Call received from the Alborz Transport Office with the 24 hr. notice and on the day of the pickup to give further timelines.
Met with driver who was pleasant, courteous and seemed conscientious about his work, assuring us he and his co-driver were delivering the vehicle on same truck to its destination in Ca.
Vehicle actually belongs to dau. who was already in Ca.Drive understood what to expect when he called her. Being in the Service, she is not free to just leave the Base. Delivery was handled smoothly.
Vehicle arrived in fine condition.
Would recommend both All American Transport and Alborz Transport to others. All communications were up front and straightforward, with expected timelines for pickup and delivery met within the ranges given (up to seven to ten days).
Of the eight to ten companies I screened, their contract price was the lowest. And neither hit us up for any additional fees as appears to happen with some regularity in the business. I was initially hesitant and suspicious about the low cost, but it held. The integrity shown by both businesses is appreciated.
The transaction was a positive experience. Service was indeed reliable. |
