DATE WAS PUSHED BACK DAY BY DAY. NO ONE COMMUNICATED WITH ME ON ANYTHING. I HAD TO TAKE MY TIME TO CALL THEM EVERY DAY TO BE DISCONNECTED, LONG WAIT, TO BE CALLED BACK BUT NEVER CALLED.
