From Maryland to Texas

We used Across USA Auto Transport to transport one of our vehicles from Maryland to Texas. At every step of the process they did what they said they would do. Mon 7/24: requested quote; Wed. 7/26 received quote. It was in the same ballpark as other quotes we received, but provided much greater detail. I called that same day to schedule pickup. Fri. 7/28 scheduled for pickup; Mon. 7/31 car picked up on schedule by Southern Idaho Transport; Fri. 8/4 car delivered in Texas. Total elapsed time from requesting quote to delivery of vehicle: 11 days. This was our first time transporting a vehicle. After reading of all the problems others have had with transporting their vehicles, our experience with Across USA (and Southern Idaho Transport) was a big relief.
