This was my first time moving a vehicle and I would not hesitate to do it again. I contacted Suncoast Auto Transport (the broker) and promptly got a very competitive quote via e-mail, then later a phone call from Don Tackett who walked me through the whole process and the paperwork. After I paid the deposit, a dispatch professional was assigned to my case and found me an auto transport company (the mover), namely West Coast Auto Transport. West Coast picked up the vehicle in Reston, VA in the scheduled date and delivered it to Los Angeles, CA a week later as planned. The driver called me a day in advance to let me know exactly when he'd be arriving and then again a few hours prior so we could plan where to meet. In both cases, he was able to come close to my work location. The vehicle was delivered in the same condition it was picked up. And so were the two boxes I moved with the car. Overall, great experience. Highly recommended.
