I was pleased with the actual Transport service of the Auto, although the driver was late due to no fault of his own, he did a great job. The driver contacted me just about every other hour giving me an update on his location and what his approximate arrival time might be. As far as customer service, the ladies were very polite, but did not communicate among each other very well, which resulted in a misleading qoute, the person I spoke to most of the time tried to resolve it by giving me a refund of half the difference, to this date I have not received the mentioned refund......very dissapointing!
