Did not show up to pick up car when promised. We had to call to find out why car was not picked up and no one knew the status or reason. We got different information every time we called. It was picked up week later then original appointment date. Once car was picked no communication from the company. We finally got the car after 4 missed dates. The AAAAdvantage is just a broker who does not keep track of the cars once they pass the order to the local company. When we call, all they do is take a message and pass it on to the local company. They do not get involved in expediting the car delivery or resolving any issues. Not worth the money. I will not use them again.
