Damage to vehicle

RELOCATION STATION moved my car and it arrived dirty and wet due a rain storm. Given that condition, I noted it on the bill of lading and looked at the car as best as I could. This was Saturday and the next Monday was a holiday. When we washed the car on Sunday we discovered damage on the two driver's side doors. I called RELOCATION STATION on Tuesday to report the damage. Wade told me there was nothing he could do even after he saw my pictures by email. The driver did not note this damage on the totally clean car at pickup, thus I believe it occured while on the truck. I saw how the truck driver (a big guy named Larry) had to squeeze into the car because the truck has supports for the top level, when he was off loading my car. Do that a few times and you get the kind of damage we found. The truck driver denies any wrongdoing (no surprise there) and Wade says "there's nothing I can do". So beware of this company. They carry insurance but its to help them not you. Let my horrible experience be your warning on this company to keep you from going through the same. You find out the most important things about a company when you see how they handle customer problems. Inspect your car carefully on delivery even if it delays the driver.
