Poor Service and Followup

After the order being placed, I never received a call from the sale person concerning the pickup date. I only found out the arrangement after keep on calling Speedy Auto Transport. Monty's Auto Transport was the company handling the shipment. Again I only found out the pick up date after keep on calling. There was three days delay form the set date. The driver never called us in advance on the schedule change due to the trouble of the truck and problem in traffic. The pick up time changed from morning to noon, afternoon then to 10p on Friday. The delivery date was set on next Tuesday. We only received the shipment at 10pm on Friday. The driver never called us in advance concerning the change of schedule. I could understand the schedule change due to picking up cars on the way in order to cut cost. However, the customer got the right to be infromed in advance. We spent a lot of time in waiting. I complained to the company and never got a reply. I will never use this company again.
