They upped the quote amount. Since we were already in another state we requested notification about pick up. They never e-mailed or called us about a pick up day or time but claimed to have showed up at the first location. We set up a new date and they never showed up at all. I e-mailed a cancellation, after talking to a very rude representative - Travis, and requested a refund. I was told I would only get part of it because they supposedly tried to pick up the car. It is now almost 1 month later and still have not received my refund. I talked to Travis again today and he said they never said they would send a refund. I was told it will take at least another two weeks. Well see if I ever receive a check.
