| In the middle of June I requested a quote to move my Tahoe during a 12-day window of time July. As the move window approached I sent e-mails and left phone messages trying to find out a status of the plan and got zero responses to any of them. During the move window I received zero status reports of progress or an expected pick up date. With only 3 days left in the 12-day move window I called continuously until I got through to a live person and was told they were failing to schedule a pick up. During that call I agreed to raise the price agreed to in the quote I had received. Regardless of this last minute change, AAA Automovers failed to schedule a pick up.
The very next day I contacted an auto transporter in Seattle and successfully scheduled a pick up over the phone. The Tahoe is now in Seattle. |
