If you are looking to ship your sled...find another company, amigo. LONG wait for pick up and delivery. TERRIBLE customer service. The guy I talked to on the phone (several times) sounded uninterested and bored. Learned my lesson. Missed my trip to California because it took 3 weeks to ship my bike from KS to AZ!!!
