From Tennessee to Washington
Pick-up was:	on-time
Delivery was:	late
Transport type:	enclosed
Excellent service, patient staff, and extreme customer-service(phone)helpfulness. They were a day later than predicted on delivery, but otherwise an excellent selection. They were able to successfully pack several large, very fragile items and transport them without any damage. The cost was reasonable, although in retrospect, I should have had them pack and box things for me.
