I used Bravo Transport after speaking with them on the phone and reviewing their BBB rating. Compared to other companies their review was excellent! A rating, where others had D and F ratings. Unfortunately, like other companies, Bravo brokered the transport with Family Enterprise. Although the car arrived without damage there were 4 days straight that neither I or Bravo were able to make contact with Family Enterprise to determine the status of the delivery. This was very frustrating and Bravo did indicate that they have never experienced this problem with the carrier and that if communication was not made soon, that I should contact the police and report the car stolen. Fortunately contact was made and the car arrived safely. After making contact and given a new date and time, the car arrived as stated. If it was not for the lack of communication with Family Enterprise, the experience would have been perfect.
