I was not told up front that my pick up location was not a regular location. The workers knew that I was a sitting duck and that no trucker would come pick it up. I had to move my car 2 hours away. Had I known this information before the date I wanted it shipped I would have made plans. However I was not told it until the day before my flight. After this information was brought up the workers were very helpful in getting my car shipped.
