Cathy at Big Brothers was great. She answered all my questions and the transaction was smooth. I was a little nervouse about the timing with the pick up and the trucker and all that but Cathy gave me the truckers phone number and we met with no problems. My car arrived safe and was delivered in the same easy fashion. I would gladly recommend this company. A++++
